Stuffed Mushrooms #2

- Take the stems off medium to large sized mushrooms. Chop stems and mix with cooked Italian sausage, chopped pepperoni, and any of your favorite Italian spices.
- Place mushroom tops upside down in shallow baking dish or crocpot in a bit of butter. Fill with stem mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Cook in 300° oven or crockpot for 20-30 minutes.
