In small mixer bowl, beat 16 ounces softened cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in lemon juice. Stir in chopped, cooked shrimp, 1 finely chopped green onion, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. Chill to blend flavors.
