Easy to do in the food processor or blender.
1 | lb | Cooked rock shrimp (Trader Joes if possible) |
3 | C | Roma tomatoes |
5 (more or less) | Serrano peppers, seeded and chopped | |
2 | oz | Olive oil |
2 | oz | Lime juice |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
pinch of | Sugar | |
1 | bunch | Cilantro |
1 | tbsp | Garlic, minced |
Combine ingredients, chill and serve with tortilla chips or sliced baguette bread.
