8 | oz | Cream cheese, softened |
4 | tbsp | Butter, softened |
1/2 | C | Sour cream |
1 | tbsp | Parsley, snipped |
1 | tsp | Steak sauce |
For basic mix beat cheese, butter, cream until fluffy. Stir in parsley and steak sauce.
To make a Cheese Ball: Chill basic mix, shape into ball and coat with 1/3 cup finely chopped almonds and 1/3 cup snipped parsley.
To make Salmon Spread: Stir in 7 3/4 oz. salmon, drained and 1/4 teaspoon dillweed.
To make Smoky Dip: Beat 4 oz (room temperature) smoky cheddar and 1-2 tablespoons milk into basic mix and add 1 teaspoon prepared mustard.
