This makes a great hors d'oeuvre. You can also use this as a dip with corn chips if you don't have time to mess around with Won tons. Yummy!!

1	pkg	Won ton wrappers
1	med	Red peppers - chopped
1	sm can	Black olives - sliced
1	lg bottle	Ranch dressing
1	lb	Sweet sausage - cooked and drained
1½	C	Sharp cheddar cheese - chopped
1½	C	Colby-Jack cheese - chopped

• Spray mini muffin tins with Pam. Heat oven to 350°.
• Place 1 won ton wrapper in each section of mini muffin tin. Shape it like a cup. Spray Pam over won tons lightly. Bake for about 7 minutes.
• Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into crispy won tons. Bake for around 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
