Salsa Reuben Dip

Cream cheese, softened

Sour cream

Thick 'n chunky salsa

Chopped cooked corned beef

Shredded Swiss cheese
1/2

Sauerkraut, rinsed, drained, chopped

Garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper
Combine cream cheese, sour cream and salsa; beat on low speed until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients. Beat on low speed until well blended.
Spoon mixture into ungreased pie pan. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Serve warm with cocktail rye bread, tortilla chips or cut-up fresh veggies for dipping.
Store in refrigerator.
