Clever way to dress up potato chips.......

Spread one 4-oz. package potato chips on cookie sheet and sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded process American cheese. Sprinkle lightly with ground thyme, basil, or marjoram. Heat in 350° oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serve while hot.
