Comment from Contributor: I made this today and it is soooooooo good. I did leave out the celery salt though.....
8-oz. | pkg. | cream cheese, softened |
2 | Tbsp. | finely grated onion |
1 | tsp. | sugar |
1/4 | tsp. | celery salt |
1/8 | tsp. | pepper |
2 | cups | shredded cheddar cheese |
7 | oz. jar | pimentos, drained and chopped |
Combine cream cheese, onion, sugar, salt and pepper in large bowl and cream well until combined. Add cheese and beat until blended. Then gently fold in the chopped pimentos. Cover tightly and refrigerate.
