Hot Pecan Spread

Blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in dried beef, onion, olives, green pepper, garlic salt and pepper. Fold in sour cream.
Place mixture in greased baking dish.
Combine butter and pecans and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
