1/2 | C | Mayonnaise (may take more or less) |
1/2 | C | Finely chopped onion |
Red pepper, to taste | ||
3 | tbsp | Grated parmesan |

Mix mozzarella, mayonnaise (use enough to make a smooth mixture), onion, red pepper and parmesan until mixture is fairly smooth. Spread on rye rounds and bake.
