Lynne's Tex-Mex

1 1/2 | lbs | Extra lean ground beef |
1 | med | Onion, chopped |
16 | oz | Salsa |
4 | oz | Sour cream |
1/2 | pkg | Taco seasoning mix |
2 | C | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
- Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in taco mix. Put in casserole dish.
- Mix sour cream and salsa together, layer on top of meat. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips.
