Little Burgers

1/4 | C | Instant minced onion |
1/4 | C | Hot water |
2 1/2 | lbs | Extra lean ground beef |
3 | oz | Strained beef baby food |
2/3 | C | Beef broth |
| | Oil |
| | Salt & pepper, to taste |
10 | | Hot dog buns |
40 | | Dill pickle slices |

- Soak onion in water in covered bowl for 15 minutes.
- Combine ground beef, baby food and broth in bowl; mix well. Divide mixture into 1/4 cup portions. Pat each into a 3 inch square.
- Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Cook patties until brown, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cut each bun in half. Place 2 pickle slices, 1 teaspoon onion and 1 patty on each bun.
