Kentucky Bourbon Spread

8 | oz | Cream cheese |
4 | oz | Bleu cheese |
5 | tbsp | Butter |
1 | clove | Garlic -- minced |
1 | tbsp | Olive oil |
1 | Dash | Hot pepper sauce |
1 | Dash | Worcestershire sauce |
| | Salt and pepper to taste |
3 | tbsp | Kentucky bourbon |
- Soften cheese and butter. Mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring in enough bourbon
to make a spreadable paste.
- Refrigerate 24 hours.
- Serve with crackers. Add more bourbon if spread
appears too stiff.
Yield: 2 Cups
