Crunchy Italian Mix

1/2 | C | Butter or margarine |
1 | tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | tsp | Italian seasoning |
1/2 | tsp | Garlic powder |
5 | C | Crispix cereal |
2 | C | Cheerios cereal |
2½ | C | Mini pretzels |
1 | can (10 oz) | Mixed nuts |
1/4 | C | Grated Parmesan cheese |
- In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, heat the first four ingredients until butter is melted; mix well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cereals, pretzels, nuts and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle with butter mixture and mix well.
- Place in an ungreased 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 250° for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Yield: 10 cups.
