Hot Crab Appetizers

1 | 7½ can | Crab, drained and flaked |
1/4 | C | Mayonnaise |
1 | 3 oz. pkg | Cream cheese |
1 | tsp | Diced onion |
1 | | Egg yolk |
1 | tsp | Prepared mustard |
| | Salt to taste |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
- Mix crab and mayonnaise and set aside.
- Beat until smooth: cheese, egg, onion, mustard, salt and butter. Combine crab and cheese mixtures.
- Spread on English Muffins or Ritz Crackers and place under broiler for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly.
