Crush 3 garlic cloves into 8 ounces softened cream cheese and blend until smooth. Add salt, pepper, 1 (7 oz) can chopped canned clams (drained, reserving the liquid), clam juice, worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
