16 | oz | Cream cheese, softened |
8 1/2 | oz | Crushed pineapple, drained |
1 | tbsp | Seasoned salt |
2 | C | Pecans, chopped |
1/2 | C | Green pepper, chopped |
2 | tbsp | Onion, chopped |
Mix cream cheese with pineapple; add 1 cup of the pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Mix well. Chill before forming into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans.
