Easy Cheese Ball

It is an easy recipe, but I like it more for the convenience of not having to run out for the items when someone just pops in, since I always keep a variety of cheese on hand.
1 | 8 oz | Cream cheese |
8 | oz | Cheddar Cheese |
| | Parsley |
| | Ham, bacon or any type of chopped meat |
- I let cream cheese get close to room temperature and add cheddar cheese, some parsley (for color), and any type of your favorite chopped meat or cooked bacon.
- Shape into a ball, then roll it in the same type of chopped meat. You can add a bit of parsley if you want a bit more color.
- Lay in the middle of a plate and serve it with crackers around it.
