Drunken Prawns

1 | lb | Prawns, medium to large |
2 | C | Dark beer |
2 | tsp | Coarsely chopped garlic |
1 | tbsp | Tabasco sauce |
1 | tbsp | Minced parsley |
- Peel and devein prawns (or omit this step and let guests peel their own when prawns are served. Place in a large pot along with beer, garlic, Tabasco, and parsley.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes or until prawns turn pink. Do not overcook.
Serve hot.
