Deviled Eggs

1 | oz | Mayonnaise |
1 | oz + 1 tbsp | Pickle relish |
3 | tsp | Pimiento |
1 | oz | Prepared brown mustard |
3 | tsp | Liquid hot pepper sauce |
6 | each | Eggs |
- Cut 6 hard-boiled eggs in half. Remove the yolk from the white, and
set the white aside.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, prepared brown
mustard, liquid hot pepper sauce, chopped pimientos, and pickle relish.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
