Cracker Dip

From the Kitchen of: Sharon Harris

You can vary the amount of ingredients to your taste. I usually like more sour cream and less corned beef. You can also use low fat versions of the sour cream and the cream cheese.

Everyone I've ever served this to loves it.

Chop raw onion and corned beef into small pieces. Mix with other ingredients Cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

Use for dipping small herb seasoned crackers ("Sociables" are best).
