Petit Crab Quiches
From the Kitchen of: Pepper
1 | 3 oz. pkg | Cream cheese |
l | stick | Margarine |
l | C | Flour |
l | | Egg (beaten) |
3/4 | C | Cream |
l | tsp | Parmesan cheese (grated) |
1/4 | C | Crabmeat |
1/2 | tsp | Salt |
- Soften cream cheese and margarine, add flour. Chill for one hour.
- Shape into twenty-four l inch balls. Press into small muffin tins.
Bake for five minutes in 350 degree oven.
- Combine egg, cream,
parmesan cheese, crab meat and salt. Pour mixture into muffin
tins. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees; bake for 15
minutes longer.
