Hot Crabmeat Clouds

2 | | Egg whites |
1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
1 | cup | Crabmeat |
1/4 | tsp | Lemon pepper |
1/4 | tsp | Garlic salt |
1/4 | tsp | Celery salt |
1/2 | tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
| Dash | Cayenne pepper |
| | Paprika |
| | Melba toast rounds |
- Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in mayonnaise and crabmeat. Gently fold in lemon pepper, garlic and celery salts, Worcestershire and cayenne pepper.
- Place toast rounds onto cookie sheet. Pile crabmeat mixture onto each toast round. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil for 3 minutes or until puffy and lightly browned. Makes 2 dozen.
