Crab Dip #2

This crab dip was a real hit for crab lovers and I think it was the wine that made it different from the other crab dip recipes that are around.
3 | lb | Cream cheese |
1 | lb | Crab meat |
1 | tbsp | Dry mustard |
1/2 | C | Good sherry wine |
- Soften the cream cheese and carefully mix in the crab, and dry mustard. Place this mixture in a non stick large saucepan. Add the wine and heat.
- Place dip in a chafing dish, and serve with mixed crackers or cocktail rye bread.
