Love this!! Once I start eating it, just can't seem to stop!

16	oz	Cream cheese, softened
16	oz	Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8	oz	Milk cheddar cheese, shredded
2	tbsp	Mayonnaise
3	pkgs	Smoked wafer ham
1/2	jar	Sliced jalapeno pepper
1	jar	Sliced salad olives

• Chop ham in food processor. Transfer to large bowl.
• In food processor, process cream cheese, olives and jalapeno until well mixed. Add mayo and enough liquid from olives and peppers to spreading consistency. Add this mixture to ham along with sharp and mild cheeses. Mix, adding additional liquid if necessary.

  Serve on assorted crackers.
