Beef Sticks

- Slice partially frozen steak into very thin strips, 1/8" wide and 2 1/2 " long
- Soak in the mixture of rest of ingredients 1/2 to 3 hours
- Fry strips quickly in hot oil, turning once. Place on a plate until cool enough to put 4 or 5 strips on a toothpick.
- Save drained sauce to pour over before serving. Good hot or cold.
