Bul-Kogi ( Teriyaki Beef )

Monosodium Glutamate (Accent) |
- Partially freeze steak or roast. Then cut across the grain very thin slices, no more than 1/8" thick.
- Combine rest of ingredients and soak meat in the mixture for no less than 30 minutes or several hours.
- Cook slices on both sides over hot charcoal. It will cook quickly.
