Apple Banana Smoothie
From the Kitchen of:
Sandy
2 bananas, frozen, peeled before freezing
1/2 cup butter milk
1 cup apple sauce
Puree in blender and pour into chilled mugs.
Makes 2 8 oz. servings.
Serve for breakfast or as a snack.
Note:
Use any frozen fruit.
