Slice off top of one bread loaf. Hollow out bottom section, leaving a shell. Cut bread top and the other loaf of bread into 1-inch cubes; place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sour cream. Stir in Cheddar cheese and next five ingredients. Spoon into bread shell; wrap with aluminum foil and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Unwrap, place on serving platter and surround with toasted bread cubes. Makes 16 servings.
